Getting started
A quick walkthrough of using Realtor Aide, and adding it to your iPhone home screen so it opens like any other app.
Using the app
Sign in
Go to the app and sign in with the account you created.
Search an address
Type any Oklahoma address into the search bar and confirm the match.
Review the report
Eleven data sources load automatically: schools, zoning, flood risk, property & assessor records, environmental risk, historical hazards, crime stats, recent comps, demographics, walkability, and an AI neighborhood summary.
Export or email
Download a branded PDF or email it straight to your client without leaving the app.
Save the address
Star any address to save it. Add private notes only you can see — useful for tracking listing details or buyer feedback.
Subscribe to monthly reports
Click the bell icon on any saved address to subscribe it to automatic monthly email reports — great for keeping investor clients updated on a neighborhood.
Adding it to your iPhone
Realtor Aide runs as an installable app — no App Store needed. Once added, it opens full-screen from your home screen like any other app.
Open in Safari
Go to the app in Safari — installing only works from Safari, not Chrome or another browser.
Tap Share
Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) in the toolbar.
Add to Home Screen
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen."
Tap Add
Confirm by tapping "Add" in the top right. The app icon now lives on your home screen.
