Questions
What counts as a report?
Each property address lookup that generates a full report counts as one report. Viewing saved reports or re-exporting a PDF does not count.
How does overage billing work?
Basic subscribers are never blocked. Once you exceed 10 included reports, each additional report is billed at $7 at the end of the billing cycle via Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
Is this only for Oklahoma?
Realtor Aide is built for Oklahoma agents first. School, demographic, flood, and amenity data cover the whole state. Zoning currently covers the Tulsa metro, OKC metro, and several other Oklahoma cities, with more on the way.
What are the 11 data sources?
Parcel & assessor records, zoning, school boundaries, GreatSchools ratings, flood risk, demographics, walk score, neighborhood associations, environmental risk, recent comparable sales, and historical hazards (USGS earthquakes + NOAA storm events).
