Terms of Service
Effective date: July 6, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Realtor Aide ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Realtor Aide, Tulsa, Oklahoma (info@realtor-aide.com).
2. Description of Service
Realtor Aide provides on-demand property intelligence reports for Oklahoma real estate agents, including zoning classifications, FEMA flood zone data, school district boundaries, demographic data, and comparable property information. Reports are delivered via the web platform, PDF export, and email.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional or otherwise authorized to use property data for professional purposes. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during registration, you consent to receive text messages from Realtor Aide at that number. Messages may include property report notifications, flood zone or zoning alerts, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. For additional support contact info@realtor-aide.com or (918) 918-4180. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
6. Data Accuracy
Realtor Aide aggregates data from government sources (FEMA, county assessors, US Census) and third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, but we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, appraisal, or professional advice. Always verify critical data with official sources before relying on it for transactions.
7. Permitted Use
Reports may be shared with clients in the context of a real estate transaction. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute Realtor Aide data or reports outside of your licensed real estate practice without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The Realtor Aide platform, branding, and report templates are owned by Realtor Aide. Data sourced from public government records remains in the public domain. Custom report formatting and design is proprietary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtor Aide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on report data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@realtor-aide.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes shall be resolved in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
