1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

• Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration
• Property addresses submitted for report generation
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data and browser information for service improvement

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver property intelligence reports to your account
• Send transactional and lifecycle emails (welcome, feature tips, billing notices)
• Send SMS text messages to users who have opted in (property report notifications, alerts, customer support)
• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve platform features and performance using product analytics

4. SMS Messaging

If you opt in to SMS messaging during registration, we will send you text messages including property report notifications, zoning or flood zone alerts, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 5. Analytics and Error Monitoring

We use PostHog to collect product analytics — page interactions, feature usage, and session data — linked to your authenticated account for product improvement. We use Sentry to capture application errors and exceptions; error reports may include device type, browser version, and the page state at the time of the error. Neither service is used for advertising. You can request deletion of your analytics data by contacting us at info@realtor-aide.com.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Property report data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@realtor-aide.com.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at info@realtor-aide.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We also use PostHog, which sets cookies to track product usage linked to your account. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
